Coloring in Skin Care? Really? Why?

Skin care should be something that doesn’t require “coloring” unless it’s color from natural carrier oils, butters, or essential oils.  Your skin doesn’t care if your putting “pink” or “purple” lotion or cream on it!  What’s the point of that? Really!  Oh sure, you can add beet powder or tumeric powder to make a lotion “look” different and in some cases adding these botanicals can achieve  certain properties to help relieve skin conditions.  That’s Great!  But for your everyday skin protection, this is not necessary.  And really, do you think you need RED Dye #3 on your skin?!  I’m amazed at what some women think they need because it’s the lastest fad that Suzy high-heel dept. store just bought.  These are “bells & whistles” that trap consumer’s costing them more and doing NOTHING for their skin.  Avoid ingredients that are not necessary, your skin will thank you!
